THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER hails LIFT OFF's DEMO one of "...the strongest releases by unsigned Orange County-based artists to emerge this year." ~Robert Kinsler, 6/2/00 Get ready for take off. 4...3...2...1... LIFT OFF launches a concoction of intoxicating pop songs that The Orange County Register declares "could well see the group strike commercial success following the release of a planned CD later this year." (Robert Kinsler, 6/2/00)

After performing the club circuit for the first time in December '99, LIFT OFF already has gained critical recognition and the support of a devoted, rapidly growing fan base. The band comes fresh from several successful performances at the renowned Martini Lounge and the stylish Gig Hollywood, where the band's high-energy performances propelled crowds to their feet and lured them to repeat shows with covers of Neil Diamond's "America" and a rock'n-dance-slamming remake of the "Wonder Woman" theme song.

They seamlessly balanced this wackiness with serious moods through their original soul-felt tunes. Recently, the band opened for legendary artist Stan Ridgway (formerly of Wall Of Voodoo) at the famous Coach House. The power-pop trio consists of Adrianna Krikl on electric guitar and vocals, Choda on bass (yeah, "Choda" is a wacky nickname for him... but it just so happened to stick!) and David Schatanoff Jr. on percussion. Together, the team produces a unique sound supported with samples and loops to create light-hearted beats and an excellent variety of mood and energy.

LIFT OFF writes miniature pop anthems injected with samples and spunk for a noise-pop sound with rhythms, riffs, grind and squall for a catchy, eclectic blend of pop tech music. Band members reside in Los Angeles and Orange County and continue to perform their catchy tunes for audiences in both counties. LIFT OFF writes miniature pop anthems and injects them with samples and spunk for a noise pop sound. Thank you!
